Care that arrives at the gate
Critter Care started with a simple observation: most animals are calmer at home, and most owners are busier than they'd like to be. A cat that hides for two days after a car trip. A pensioner who can't lift a labrador into a bakkie. Three hens that all need looking at, at once.
So we packed the routine work into a mobile service. Check-ups, vaccinations, minor ailments, the small comfort jobs, and straight answers about food, parasites and day-to-day care — done in the yard, the kitchen, the stable or the kraal.
We're unhurried on purpose. Time to let a nervous dog sniff the bag first is not wasted time; it's the whole point.

Services are rendered by a registered Animal Health Technician, working within a defined scope of practice — not by a veterinarian. No surgical procedures are performed during house calls, and anything outside that scope is referred to a veterinarian we trust.

No jargon walls and no scare tactics. You will hear what we found, what it likely means, what it costs and what your options are — in normal words.
Know our limits
We work strictly within an Animal Health Technician’s scope. When something needs a veterinarian or surgery, we say so immediately and help you get there.
Where we travel
Pretoria, Centurion, the plots between — and two clinic rooms
Rings are drawn from Pretoria central for house-call days. Further out is still possible — the travel fee simply scales with distance, and we group visits in the same area on the same day. If a clinic room suits you better, Airport Pets Pomona (Wednesdays and Fridays) and Airport Pets Bapsfontein (Mondays) both have one.
